CA unable or refusing to validate after 2 letters

i have been diligently working on getting my credit cleanedup once and for all, I live in Florida, I have been sending rrr validation letters to various CA as well as disputing with the bureaus, I have been able to get 3 letters back from different CA stating they will delete the accounts, thanks to this site and all of the info, however i dispute those accounts with the bureaus and gee they verify the accounts remain go figure. what should be my next step with the bureaus?other than threatening to sue them, I am getting irritated with them at this point, as I have checked my scores and I am shy a few points to reach 600. any advice would be appreciated.
