The CRA's are sometimes lazy in verifying entries that were validated previously, if that is the case. If that is not the case, you can try sending the letters and see if that works. Also, in your dispute letters to the CRA's have them document the process that they went through to verify. Unfortunately, a lot of times CRA's will ignore letters(thinking they are forged) and say that the item has been previously verified. Give it a shot.

Personally, I would press the CA's to complete their work. You have documents stating that they will do this. Send a certified letter with their letters attached saying that they are in violation of the FDCPA and your next step is a lawsuit. This will probably get their attention!
