I was checking my phone messages and to my surprise this is what i heard "you know folks the fdcpa was put in place to protect consumers from fraud and somebodys attempt to pay a debt it is not a lupehole for creditors to escape paying a debt you will not get one ioda of information you requested this is a valid debt and will stay with my office until paid have a good day i know I will" no name of company or name of individual and I do not have caller id. I have sent quite a few validation letters out so no guess here. but the sleezebag was able to obtain my phone number of course, any suggestions on how to slam this moron,.
