Try USAA.com They are in Texas, and mainly for military, but you don't have to be military for the checking. They are really nice. You have to call the 800 number and they will set you up from there. They use Telecheck, and some small credit reporting agency in their area. I have had no problems with them. Also try the forum, www.chexvictims.com
