Even with caller i.d. - these calls usually come through as unavailable of anonymous caller. If you have an answering machine with a tape instead of digital recording - save it. Potentially this is a threat not to mention harassment. Keep a chronological log of date & time you receive these type of calls. Get a whistle so if you pick up the phone - blow it - and hang up. If you have charge-offs no doubt this is a collection agency trying to intimidate & harass you into paying. DO NOT TALK WITH THEM ON THE PHONE - by letter only.
