I am working on mine and my husbands, yes there are some collection accounts and i have requested validation as I am unsure of most of them. I keep a very good record of all letters and correspondence along with phone calls if any. the collector stated he would not validate the debt at all, and it just exists until paid. so am i to assume just because he said it is so that i should pay it? the reason I said he is a moron is because he was playing the strong arm collector and personally i have no use for them. the aggrevation part comes into play as I am unaware of which collection agency it was.
