Why Chat, it is my understanding from reading posts that people such as myself come to this forum to get advice, suggestions, assistance and it seems when some do, you want to make them feel like they are idiots. we are all here for the same reason it is all credit and debt related. if all of us had the answers no one would need this forum. furthermore the collector in question was tripping over his words when he was quoting the fdcpa which lead me to believe he did not know what he was talking about, so excuse my ignorance.
