I was only an authorized user on my boyfriends credit card and now that he has failed to pay, a collection company is calling me and demanding payment. I have informed them that I was only an authorized user however they continue to call and harrass me at work. I have asked them not to call me at work but they continue to do so. In fact, they have even spoke to one of my coworkers (twice) who happens to have my same name in regards to this. My coworker twice explained to them that they had the wrong person but they still attempted to collect from her. Can anyone please tell me what I can do about this, I am desperate?
