Get the name and address of this company, send them a cease and desist letter, notifying them that this is not your account,inform them that any further collection activity will cause you to report them to the FTC your State's Attorney General and Consumer Fraud Protection Service. That you will seek legal action to sue them for violation of the Privacy Rights Act and the FDCPA. send the letter return receipt.
