Ask your BK lawyer if this is a valid claim to add to your BK,since this was on your wife's account before your marriage, I do not think it is valid, unless you are filing jointly. If you are filing by yourself, or if this is a "fake" claim, which you can find out by doing a search for this "law firm" collection agency, once you do ANYTHING in public records -the fakes and scam artists come out of the woodwork.If you do decide to add this to your BK,wait until the last possible minute, as more may come out from under the rocks.
