I have learned alot here,,, and along the way and surfing found out several things that make me sick,,,, first, the claim that CRA are independant info providers is BS,, I find it a conflict that they, Equifax being number one,, are in the collection agency business by way of affliates,,,, I love the way they all show up at these "CA" massive conferences around the country,,,,, but I find them having nothing
to do with consumer advocate conventions and anything,, second,, I have access to the federal court pacer site,,, on my research,, most of these big famous CA have been sued many many times,,, I find individuals cases are usually dismissed but not all,,,, but heres the best,,,, when the US attorneys go after them on the behalf on the govt, the govt always wins, and is awarded huge judgements against them,,,,,,, now here comes the best,,,, the same CAs the govt have successfully, the govt still uses as Student loan collections agencies,,, such as of course gulf st and their crew,, unbelievable, after being sued for FCRA and FDC violations,,,,, the govt still finds them worthy of using,,,, can you imagine, being sued by the govt, and then going and applying for job with them,,,, yah right,, you would never be hired,,,,,, sorry I had to vent
