They are legit, but the basic rule is "They can't do anything for you that you can't do for yourself for very little cost". Try disputing your Credit Report items yourself. If you run into a wall you can always hire Lexington later. Remeber also that even though they are doing the disputing for you, you still have to do some of the work yourself anyway.
