So your advice would be to check with the Forum and ensure that there really is a claim filed? NCO is not involved with my case, it's being handled by Wolpoff.
It looks like Wolpoff prepared all the paperwork I have...it's signed by one of the partners. It does have a claim # on it so that shouldn't be to hard to check on.
