It seems to me that they are trying to avoid court because arbitration is easier and much more friendly to their side. I read that of 19,000 First USA arbitration only 90 or so where decided in favor of the consumer. I'm going to contact one of the people listed on the NACA site here in MD. I'll keep everyone informed as to what happens. Thanks for all your help.
