Did you ever get a collection letter from Wolpoff with the "mini-miranda"?.Is his address the same as in the thread from "Gabe"? That address traced back to NCO.This is unfortunately,one of those situations where you are going to need some "big-gun" consumer lawyer to help. Looks like it will go all the way up.
