I understand your wish for immediate results, but it takes time,, if I were you, Id play it safe then sorry, does the original bank from the repo still exist? perhaps the bank was taken over or collections were taken over by bank B, the "unkown" bank,,,,, you run a risk by disputing it, that 1. the CRAs will come back with "updated" info, reflecting the correct date 1999, or 2. the bank itself figures out the correct date, if anyone figures the real date, your still wide open for a judgment if FLA, as where with 1996 your not,, its due to come off sometime in 2003, Id wait it out for the credit card and loan, time does fly we are half way done with 2002
