yah, I wonder that all the time, I read non stop, that any credit line reporter/CA isnt bound by law to report negative info, only that they can for up to 7rs 180 days after first deliquency,, but then I also read, that CAs and such will cont,,, say " Oh we cant remove it" blah blah, the bottom line is I have also read a million times, that a contract of service exists between the Credit reporting agencies and subscribers states the subsribers cant delete accurate neg info before its time,,,,,,,,, My questions is, If you get it in writing from A CA or such, they will delete item with payment,,, what if they dont, as I read all the time,,,,, and then you send a copy of that letter to the credit reporting agencies,,, cant they come back as say " your letter from the CA is nice,, but we have a contract with them, they they cant delete accurate post or Neg info???
