Okay, I got a bill from a CA for 121.00, I sent them a validation letter, then sent it rrr, they signed for it and on the very same day they sent back a letter saying: "We have perviously notified you of this delinquent debt, but our records indicate that you have failed to satisfy the balance in full. As a fully licensed collection agency, we are now considering what collection porcedures may be necessary to ensure the outstanding amount is paid in full. This notice is to inform you that if the full balance of your account is not paid within 14 days of the date listed above, it will be just cause for our agency to place this delinquent debt on your credit record. Mail the full balance of your account to Bureau of Medical Economics (then the address)." The mini moranda is also on the bottom. NO validation or anything, unless they sent that letter before they got my validation letter. So now is the point that I write again and tell them they are violating the law right? darry30
