I have $120000 of unsecured debt - minimum payments are 2770/month of which 1850 is interest. I'm going more in debt each month. My take home pay is about 4000/month and my expenses other than debt service are 3000/month. What is the best option - Chapter 13 bankruptcy, debt consolidation, or debt settlement? Can a debt negotiator really get much reduction from credit card companies?
