Validation question

I got a notice today from W&A about an alleged personal loan they are collecting on for approx. $2100. I'm sending them a validation/ID fraud letter, but wanted to check to make sure that my first paragraph is okay.

"I may have been the victim of identity fraud, and this alleged debt may have been falsely taken out in my name, as I do not recall it. This letter is being sent to you in response to your letter, dated mm/dd/yy. This is not a refusal to pay, but a notice that your claim is disputed."

I don't want to say that I was an ID fraud victim when nothing has ever been filed to support that claim. Don't want it coming back to bite me the A** later.

Also, if they do end up suing me, I don't own anything, no assests and I'm not currently working. Married, but nothing is in my name. I am studying so I can find a job and hope to be working by the end of the year. The field I'm going into gives me the opportunity to be able to work from home for a national company (yes, this is a legit work from home job). Now, I live in Ohio but the company's regional office for this area is in PA. PA has 100% exemption on wage garnishment. OH allows garnishment. I will most likely be working as an SE (Statutory Employee), which is between an employee and independant contractor. They take out federal taxes, but that's it. Since the Office I would be working for is in PA, would my wages be exempt from garnishment, even though I live in a state that allows garnishment? Or would the fact that I would be a statutory employee exempt me from garnishment anyway? Or will garnishment still be possible?

Thanks!
