am I reading that correctly, 4000 a month income, and 120,000 in unsecured debt? how on this earth did that occur,,,,, i would see a lawyer, perhaps a judge wouldnt even let you do chapter 13,, as with your income, theres no way you can pay off all this in the time frame you have with chp 13, even if fees and interest are halted,
