They may not enjoy reporting anyone in a negative fashion, but they sure like to keep you there. You call these CA's try to make arrangments, of course they want half up front, or 3 equal payments, but won't knock the debt down to a reasonable amount, so you end up with an attitude of why bother. It would be nice to be able to pay these people back without going broke, to get back on track. Yes, I realize we should have never been in this spot, but sometimes there are circumstances that are unvoidable. Now that we are in this spot, if you are like me, log on, come to this forum, and look for any answer that might help your situation.
