The lawyers you spoke to did not read the case. It is true it dealt with the FDCPA ad compulsary arbitration, however, it was NOT a debt collection case. It dealt with the provisions for lawsuits against collection agencies for their violations of the FDCPA. All case law to date has been on THAT issue, NO ONE has tried what W&A are trying, which is to subvert the very basis of the FDCPA.Call the other resources.
