I pulled my credit file from Truecredit.com. The original creditor which is "The Money Store Auto Finance" is not even listed on my credit file. Instead is shows Wachovia Bank in Florida.
I believe "The Money Store Auto Finance" no longer exist. To give you more information it states on my credit file charged off as bad debt profit and loss. Charge off account write off, and the pass due amount which is $5,400.00. Also I have never had a judgement against me, and there is nothing on my credit in the Public Record Information section. I have decided to go ahead and dispute the charge-off. Can you please give me an example of the dispute/validation letter I would use for this situation, and do I send these to all three credit bureaus certified mail?
