Hi there Dan, I can understand your frustration... they won't stop.. At least, that's what i've learned... But, what i can tell you is that you can tell them that regardless of the debt there's a statute of limitations that clearly indicates that after four years, if they haven't been able to collect a payment from you, technically u owe nothing... That's what I've told this third party that's been bugging me... (was anyway), so what they did was pass it on to another collection agency. I told them the same thing and hung up, and haven't heard from another creditor about this for about 6 months now... I think that worked... I hope this info helps you...
