Question if I may Why Chat? I'm not a lawyer but, I "googled" Randolp v Greentree last night and found the Supreme Court opinion. I did give an honest effort to read through the maze but quickly got overwhelemed! This is what I gleaned. It seemed that the principle of enforcing arbitration clauses in contracts was upheld. They sited FAA contracts and an old Shearson, American Express case. Is it the issue of these outrageougs legal fees that you feel these agreements violate the spirit of arbitration? Many thanks in advance. P.S. If this is upheld and the new bk law is passed, carrying large levels of consumer debt is going to become a very dangerous proposition.
