First thing, I am a member of the military. I am a legal resident of PA. I was stationed in HI for 2 years. I have since left HI. While in HI a purchased a vehicle through a local dealer and financed with a company located in CA. I needed a letter from this finance company to ship my vehicle back to the states upon my transfer. I called them and they said I couldn't take this vehicle out of HI. This was not in the contract. I made sure of this as I do travel alot. I told them where the vehicle was and to pick it up, and they were in breach of contract.

It has been 6 years now and I am wondering what SOL I would fall under if this company would decide to sue. They have not contacted since I told them to get the vehicle, but of course they made an entry on my CR. I have sent letters to have it removed, but it is still remains.
