i have lots of debt, my SOL has past, and i am nearing my 7 years, so the credit reporting agencies should remove my bad info after that. So, after the credit reporting agencies remove my bad credit info, will collection agencies continue to pursue collection, and can they ever again damage my credit? Can i ever go back to those credit companies to get a new credit card or am i "Black Listed" to those companies?
