You have over 3 years to go before you are past the time for being sued.What do you WANT to do,? what are your resources? If you have any assets, they can be seized by a judgment, your pay can be garnished, if you can afford to pay them off in full,do so. If not, consider ch 7 BK for a fresh start.I doubt any of the creditors will settle, or accept ccc or consolidation (which would make things worse anyway)If you have nothing to lose, and are on disability or ss,then you may have other options.
