Thanks Why Chat for your quick response!! I want to do what will serve me best. I don't want to go the BK route if possible. I do own my home, and if I tried to pay them off, how long will they stay on my CR. Is it possible to have them removed after they are paid? I am thinking about selling a extra car which will only give me about $5000 to use to pay off these debts. I was hoping maybe one of these would work with me on a reduced payment. What do you think?
