I have a charged off Capitol One account from 97 on my report... In feb 02 i called captiol one because i thought this was in my bk7.. they stated that i re-affirmed on this.. I never called about payment arrangements just to get a copy of the re-affirmation aggreement.. Ive been pulling all three reprts since feb 02 and have noticed that my charge off amount has gone from 409.00 to 570.00.. i called them and they state they can charge intrest and late fees on a charged off account? is this true... they also state it has been sent to collections..
