Are you still active military?, if so there is an office that deals with this. If not, write a validation/dispute to whomever is reporting to te CRA's. Advise them that although the statute of limitations has passed for you to sue the dealer on sales fraud charges, it has NOT passed for you to sue the ca AND the dealer under the FCRA.
