If you go to one of the consumer sites you can get some guidance to lawyers in your area. Steer away from any that do a lot of advertising.You should understand that if you do declare BK, ch7, even though the BK is on your record for 10 years, the underlying debts will still fall off 7 years from first delinquency, or in about 5 years.
