You know what? If you really did not reaffirm this, and you paid it because someone there told you over the phone that you did reaffirm it, you would not be able to do anything about it!!!

Don't ever call a creditor and ask THEM what was in your bankruptcy and what you signed. I don't mean to chew you out or anything, but these folks do NOT have your best interests in mind. They want to get money, that is all.

You should find your bankruptcy documents, and everything related to the bk, and put them in a safe place for future reference. If you don't have them, your attorney's office can get them for a fee.

There are a lot of areas in life where you can rely on other people, but this is not one of them, OK?
