Obtain an affadavit of identity/signature,most stationary stores carry it, or get one fom your State's Attorney General's office of identity fraud.Fill it out, have it notarized, send with copies of whatever other documents you have (birth certficate?) send with a covering letter demanding PURGING of this account from all of your husband's records and reports immediately or he will file suit against them under the Privacy and Identity Theft Act, the FDCPA and the FCRA. Report this to your State AG and file a complaint with the FTC ,include file #'s in your cover letter.KEEP COPIES
