It is more logical to assume that someone else used the card (a child perhaps?) and that whatever address that had been in use a year prior was no longer valid.I don't understand why he as primary, and presumably smart enough to know better, didn't have her removed as user and close the account when he should have. If she had really wanted to make trouble, she could have just not paid it off.or charged up a lot more than $34.00.It is true that many people don't check their reports untl it is too late,but I gt the impression that he was looking for something to pin on her.
