What is IMHO and what do you mean if SOL had already tolled? The debt went delinquint in 97 and they filed suit in 02. My state's SOL is four years. I was surprised the judge continued this due to the fact I did not answer questions that came from their attorney. I will see my attorney later in the week and will let you guys know what will be the outcome of this.
