A warrant in debt means they are suing you. What does it say? If it just says the date and place to appear, then you show up at that time and place. If it askes you to answer, you have to answer. Don't ignore it - they will win without a fight.

Do you know what this debt is?? If it is yours, when did you default (get behind on your payments and not catch up again)? What state are you in? Which card company is it? Which collection agency? Do you have any money? Are you working?

If it is not yours let us know.

How did you get this warrant in debt? Was it mailed to you? Tacked on your door? Hand delivered? Does it have a court stamp on it?

Linda
