Then I receive notification from RMA that my name had been referred to collections and that my ex-wife had referred them to me, presumeably after allowing the debt to go into default, which, to me, means she was getting the notices and ignoring them and when the time came for responsibility, directed the attack dogs to me. What I fail to understand among many things is that if she was an associate of the card why she was allowed to remove her name without some notification of myself or until the debt was paid.
