Well, you're free to believe what you want to believe and it happened whether you believe it or not. Just because you couldn't do it in another country doesn't meen it didn't happen here. Like I said before, depends on where you are and what store. And as far as minimum wage, I didn't lump everyone together, but as far as the clerks not caring, I've personally seen and experienced it. A lot of them are teens, and again, that doesn't mean they're not good workers, but quite a few of them don't care because retail isn't where they're planning on spending the rest of their careers.

Before we got a joint account I tried to use my husbands visa debit card and was turned down flat by the sales clerk. My name was not on the card period.
Just because someone makes minimum wage shouldn't be a reflection of the quality of their work.
