See a bankruptcy lawyer-- NOT to declare bankruptcy but to have him get you out of this mess. They are the ONLY ones who can negotiate successfully on debt. THEN he can file suit against your "credit disrepair" company for fraud and damages.If you take $ from your 401K,make sure you do it as a loan and not a withdrawal and enter a repayment plan on it.
