i am getting hounded by them too. for a debt that is 10 years old ,been wrote off and off my report. they are very persistent and rude and have broken the laws of the fiar credit acts. i haven't even got al etter from them with a address to send a c&d letter. please e-mail it if you have it. it has really upset me ,like you i have worked hard to start over. they are terrible.
