MBNA and arbitration ??

Ok, I've been reading the threads about this and it worries me. I have 2 accounts with MBNA. One went to charge-off about 5/25/02, the other hasn't reached that stage yet, but it won't be long.

What is this arbitration 'agreement' they have in their CC terms and what happens with it ? Do I need to worry about this ? It sounds nasty. The total of the 2 accounts is about $4,000 give or take a couple hundred. Is there a way to combat this if they do try this ??

I'd prefer to be prepared if I can. I will probably be filing for BK, which will stop them entirely, of course. I'm just wondering, now, if I should do it sooner to avoid this arbitration thing.
