Your Experian report will state when it is due to come off your credit reports. That is 7 years, the CRA's are not using the 180 days they are entitled to.The SOL for being sued on credit card debt is 4 years in Cal., so subtract 3 years from the "come off" date and you will arrive at the limit for being sued. The "DOLA" is generally not valid, as it does not always reflect YOUR date of last activity, only the dates the account was transferred or shuffled around by ca's.
