I've only had one stubborn ca, they did not validate so I sent them a c&d and now waiting for their next move. in the mean time I took this opportunity to dispute with the cra...if they didn't validate with me they should with them. I waiting to see what happens. My validation letters aren't standard I rearrange them considerably. If you e-mail me I'll send a copy of the one I sent to RMA. But you still need to fit it to your circumstances.
