Question for Linda....

Hi Linda you helped me earlier with my ? about a 12,000 debt in collections (see below) . I have decided on two options... One is to send a cease and desist to hold them off for a little while and contact a lawyer asap..... In which case what letter from your breifcase would be appropriate????? Second option is offer a settlement for deletion..... I know you can't tell me what to do, but your advice on which would be the most beneficial option (financially and legally)would be appreciated.... Of course the final option is to put my assets under my little sisters name and file BK .... what do you think???THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
