I realize everyones not able to do this. But along with my validation letters and c&d when these people call I let my husband talk to them. He's a complete idiot (figuratively speaking) he says thing that are totally ridiculous and won't let them get back on the subject and they soon hang up on him. He calls them back. same person refuses to speak to him, he speaks to someone else...they hang up on him. He has done this twice and both CA's since that first day -NO MORE PHONE CALLS-. now we get settlement letters.
