I was hoping to refinance my home but I think this mess has botched my chances - nevermind selling it and buying another! My present interest rate is 11+%!

I am so worried, it is difficult for me to even read clearly what to do.

When I am really worried about such things I tend to get paralyzed and procrastinate and I cannot.

It is actually a condo - don't know if that makes a difference.
