Did this report come from their website, or from your mortgage broker? The website score is unreliable, so if you are comparing it with a mortgage score, it won't make sense. if both scores were from the website, same thing applies. Once the new mortgage starts reporting, it will definitely go up, whether the website score or the real score (the ones the lenders get).
