Is this worse?

I have a couple of accounts showing up on my credit as being derogatory. Both accounts shows up as being about 60 days late, however, one of them was a trasfered account.

I lost my credit card once.. so they closed and trasnfered the account to the other. Both of them are showing up under negative items on my credit. How do creditors see this? Do they see it as two negative accounts.. or one? Should I dispute the one that was closed due to the transfer? Because they do have different account numbers. Please advise.
